I was looking at the recipe on Pinterest for a while and coincidentally, Nat Kor-kor shared a recipe which she said was very nice. And since today was a day off, daddy became the chef *grin*.

And this is our plated lunch: Chicken Parmigiana with Mashed Potatoes.. yummeh!
