Day 1/Part 2: 3 Points Snorkeling and Dinner

We managed to sign up for the 3 point snorkeling trip before heading to the Sunset Deck for lunch. So after the swim and snooze (for the boys), we got ready to meet at the excursion office at 2.45pm. We lugged our fins, socks, towels, water.. wow.. so much things to bring along. We met our marine biologist, NurSabrina. She was a nice lady.

We hopped into the boat and off we went. Turns out we were the only ones signed up. Wow! Personal trip. First stop was Shark Point. Before jumping in, Sabrina showed us pictures of the Black Tip Reef Shark we would see and also of another similar looking fish which we were not to mistake as the shark. She also said to follow her closely so that she could point out the shark to us.

And off we went. Daddy had a bit of a problem with his snorkel and he had to get back into the boat to adjust it. Then he joined us.

Next stop was the Fish Garden. Again she showed us the types of fishes and corals we would see in this spot. It was just so lovely. Daddy took his phone (safely snuggled in it's waterproof case) and snapped some photos. Sabrina helped us take this family photo.. she even did a dive to get a better shot. She's amazing! Not sure why, as of now, I seem to only have this one photo in my camera.

The next stop was Turtle Point in search for the Green Turtles. Our boatman even slowed down to ask someone where the turtle was. Sabrina jumped into the water in search of the turtle but ended up scrambling back into the boat as there were trigger fish in the water. These fish bite!! So no turtle for today. We headed back to the resort.

Went back to the room to shower and get ready for dinner. Again, we headed to the Sunset Deck.
